QUERY LETTER SAMPLE
- I thought the sample query gave too much info. Why should the editor pay the freelancer for it when the editor has all the info and can assign a staff writer to do the project based on your ideas? I thought the purpose of the query letter was to generate interest or "make them want more" and if the editor is interested then give a summary of your idea. Maybe I have the wrong concept, if so let me know.
