Reliability! That means you should be punctual for phone appointments and face-to-face meetings. Meet your deadlines. Never promise more than you can deliver, but sometimes deliver more than you promised.

Since power outages, the interruption of internet service and family illnesses can be expected, plan to have your projects done ahead of deadline. Build some extra time into your schedule.
