What's Going On In the Freelance Writing/Blogging World?

So I sit down with my Cheerios this morning and run into a full page spread in Psychology Today magazine on one of my favorite blogger/writers, Leo Babauta. Leo is the mastermind behind the Zen Habits blog, and was kind enough to speak to writers here at About.com Freelance Writing last year. He also allowed yours truly a guest post at his writing blog, Write To Done. Psychology Today is a great magazine market, by the way. Hard to crack, but great paying. And an overall good read.

In other freelance writer/blogger news, I want to point you to the blog of successful freelance writer and journalist, Thursday Bram. I have her in my Google reader, and her blog consistently delivers bang for your freelance buck. If you're a beginning freelancer who wants to get a peek into the life, decisions and business of freelancing, I would definitely recommend reading her blog.
