No Work? What To Do Between Projects

Tuesday March 11, 2008

Those who are biz-tech freelancers may sometimes find themselves in the position of not having any projects to do. Sometimes the lag between finding work and getting work happens. But, in order to run an efficient business, you'll need to fill that open space somehow. Here's some things to do in between projects.

  • Update your webpage
  • Send out invoices
  • Marketing!
  • Catch up on that reading
  • Update your customer/client database (spreadsheet/Word table/whatever you use!
  • Filing
  • Diversify: start writing magazine articles!
